Vessel Tracking provides a pro-active vessel tracking service making use of a variety of available sources and these services can be used to prepare for a ship arrest or otherwise. We will establish the next port of call and inform you of the ship’s estimated time and date of arrival. Thereafter, the vessel is closely monitored and her (near) actual arrival reported, allowing the client to take appropriate action.
In general, Dynamar needs 2-3 hours to track a cargo ship within the space of a month. Obviously, actual time spent will depend on her trading pattern. For instance, a vessel employed in a shortsea trade needs a closer tracking effort, as she will make more frequent port calls than a ship on a long-haul route. It is also possible to track a ship for a period of a week or even shorter, subject to your requirements. Likewise, you can start and stop tracking ships as needed.
